These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are made effective as of today between Ladybug Entertainment, LLC (“Company”), and the undersigned Musicians (“Musicians”) or Musical Band (“Musical Band”) collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

1. Permission to Display Information: Musicians or Musical Band hereby grant Company permission to display their bio, musical genre, and other relevant information on the Ladybug Entertainment, LLC website, www.ladybugentertainment.com

2. Right to Delete Listing: Company reserves the right to delete Musicians’ or Musical Band’s listing from the website at any time, without prior notice or explanation.

3. Removal Request: In the event that Musicians or a Musical Band wish to have their information removed from the website, they must provide a written request to Company, clearly stating their desire for removal.

4. Confidentiality: Musicians and the Musical Band understand and acknowledge that the information provided to Company may be accessible to the general public through the website, www.ladybugentertainment.com Musicians and Musical Band agree that Company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the disclosure of such information.

5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Company is located.

6. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
