It depends on several factors. First, our experienced representative will gather needed information about your musical preferences, considerations and special requests. Second, a quote for your review will be sent to you via e-mail within 12 hours. The cost for a solo musician starts around $950. Most of our recommended live music performance plans for restaurants and bars are in between of $1,500 to $4,500.

In addition, the Ladybug Entertainment will be following up with the tasks listed below: 

• We pre-screen all bands and musicians for their skills and availability of equipment before, allowing them to perform at your restaurant or a bar.  

• All bands and musicians will be required to have an insurance coverage before performing at your restaurant or a bar.  

• Ladybug Entertainment’s representative might attend your restaurant or a bar event in person, making sure that all goes well as planned. 

• As our customer, you will be asked to complete “Feedback Form” providing a constructive feedback about a band or musicians, who performed at your restaurant or a bar.  We discuss your feedback with the musicians, ensuring an improved and much better performance at the next performance in restaurant or a bar. 

• Prior to a live music performance at your restaurant or a bar, we provide an agreement or a contract that sets clear expectations for our customers and musicians. 

• Your confidentiality is our priority.  It is against our company’s policy to post any pictures or postings on our website from and about a live music performance at your restaurant or a bar.  

The longest our musicians can play without a break is 1.5 hours. The band or musician will take 10 minute break for every hour that they perform. A performing band or musician(s) will have their own water and snacks to last them through their performance.  Note, our performing musicians are instructed not to accept any drinks or food while, playing at your restaurant or a bar.    

Absolutely, we always ask for your special requests. Your “Do-Not-Play” list is also very helpful. Your restaurant or a bar will truly stand out, while our performing musician(s) play your favorite songs.  Of course, we can make song suggestions, but it will not limit your choice. 

Performing bands or musicians will be required to have an insurance coverage to perform at your restaurant or a bar.

Yes, it is possible for the live music performance to be extended at the hourly overtime rates indicated on your performance agreement or a contract.  A performing band and customer must agree to overtime, and payment for overtime must be remitted in advance, either by check or cash.  A representative(s) might be available on site to collect this payment.  A band leader or a lead musician is also authorized to receive payment for overtime performance. Typically, only in case of an emergency for a band or musician(s), a request for overtime might not be met.
